A partial reform

An investment was made in the renovation of this charming single-story home with the aim of modernizing it for sale, while preserving its original layout. The renovation included a complete renovation of the bathroom and kitchen, incorporating brand-new appliances to offer a more functional and contemporary space. Furthermore, the garden was completely renovated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying pleasant barbecue evenings with friends and relaxing moments outdoors.

Garden and Facade

The house had a simple and somewhat neglected patio, with a cement floor and some gravel areas, which gave the outdoor space a colder and less inviting feel. After the renovation, the patio has been transformed into a modern and inviting space. Artificial turf was installed, providing a feeling of freshness and comfort. The house's facade was also renovated with a cleaner, more modern finish.

Kitchen

The renovation completely transforms an outdated, bare kitchen into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing space. Old tiles and countertops are replaced with a contemporary design, integrated appliances, and an open layout that maximizes comfort. The transition from a closed, underutilized space to an open, harmonious environment not only improves the home's functionality but also elevates its aesthetics, making it an ideal place for socializing and enjoying life.

Bathroom

The renovation completely transforms an old, run-down bathroom into a modern, elegant, and functional space. The old toilets and bathtub were replaced with a more minimalist design featuring a spacious, glass-enclosed shower, optimizing space and comfort. The old pedestal sink was replaced with a floating storage cabinet, improving organization. Additionally, LED lighting in the mirror and the wood-finished floor add warmth and sophistication, creating a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere.
