A comprehensive reform

The project consisted of maximizing the space, preserving the two original bedrooms but adding a study to make it more functional. Underfloor heating was installed in the bathroom for greater comfort on winter days. An outdoor shower was added to the sunroom, perfect for enjoying sunny summer days, and pre-installation was also made for a future jacuzzi. The end result was a modern home, sold fully equipped with designer appliances and furniture, as shown in the photos.

Facade

Making the most of the space, reducing part of the terrace to expand and improve the lighting in the living room.

Lounge

The project transformed a cold, cluttered space into a modern and welcoming home with a functional layout and attractive aesthetic. The renovation has created a bright, elegant, and harmonious environment, optimizing the use of space and significantly improving livability.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been transformed from an old, neglected space into a modern, elegant, and fully functional space. The renovation has improved both the aesthetics and practicality, offering a much more comfortable and welcoming environment for everyday life.

Bathroom

Dark marble-like tiles have been installed for a sophisticated touch, along with a large glass-enclosed shower that provides light and spaciousness. The fixtures have been replaced with a sink with a storage unit, a more contemporary toilet, and improved lighting, creating a clean and contemporary feel.

Bedroom

The room has been completely restored with white-painted walls, adding light and spaciousness. The floor has been replaced with elegant light-wood paneling. New PVC windows have been installed, providing more energy-efficient and aesthetically modern lighting. The lighting has also been improved with a contemporary ceiling light.
