A partial reform

An investment was made in this single-story home located in the Aguas Nuevas area, undergoing a partial renovation that included painting the facade and interiors, as well as replacing the doors, improving the property's overall appearance. The kitchen and bathroom underwent a complete renovation, as both spaces needed it, giving them a more modern and functional aesthetic. A swimming pool was installed in the garden, becoming an additional attraction that allows you to fully enjoy the summer days, increasing the home's value and comfort.

We've gone from a neglected garden with overgrown vegetation, dirty walls, and a feeling of abandonment to a renovated, clean, and tidy space with white walls, a clean floor, and a welcoming, functional atmosphere.

Lounge

The living room had a classic aesthetic with red walls, antique tile floors, and dark furniture, creating a more vibrant and traditional atmosphere. It was completely renovated with white walls, gray laminate flooring, and new doors, creating a more spacious, bright, and modern space.

Kitchen

The kitchen had an outdated design with dark wood cabinets, tiles with dated patterns, and aged appliances, giving it a closed-off and nonfunctional appearance. It was completely renovated with a modern and elegant design, incorporating marble-finished cabinets, gray countertops and wall tiles, stainless steel appliances, and more efficient lighting, creating a more spacious, bright, and functional space.

Bathroom

We've gone from a shabby bathroom with dark tiles, deteriorated fixtures, and an unfunctional layout to a completely renovated space with white tiles, a modern glass-enclosed shower, wood-finished flooring, and a brighter, more practical design.

Bedroom

Before the renovation, the bedroom had an old-fashioned feel, with shabby walls, dark furniture, and poor lighting. The renovation has given it a modern, minimalist feel with white walls, gray laminate flooring, more functional furniture, and a better layout, creating a brighter and more inviting room.
